If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please write to us and we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

 

Conversations / Support Sessions

 

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

 

In the event that a session needs to be rescheduled by Acrophile Wellbeing, an alternate date will be offered or a full refund will be processed.

 

All refund decisions are made with fairness and care, keeping individual circumstances in mind.
